Online Doctoral Degrees

This degree emphasizes organizational, community, and social systems, as informed by organization and management studies, systems theories, and related social science fields. Students examine social change in business, nonprofit, government, and community settings using various forms of qualitative, quantitative, and action-oriented inquiry.

The doctoral curriculum draws from a range of disciplines and fields including human development, organizational studies, systems theories, personality and learning theory, social psychology, management and leadership, structural inequality and diversity, global studies, and more. Faculty facilitate learning through face-to-face and virtual clusters, online and in-person regional seminars, research and practice sessions, and national sessions.
