The Leadership Program presents a new concept in graduate education. It is offered by Andrews University as an international and interdisciplinary collaborative graduate program, with participation from the School of Education, the School of Business, the Theological Seminary, and adjunct faculty from around the world.
It is designed to meet the needs of mid-career leaders and to provide an innovative and highly flexible program allowing self-motivated learners the opportunity to pursue an PhD degree in the context of a learning community, without requiring them to sacrifice family or career commitments.
Leadership requires a one-week, on-campus orientation during the first year. During the course of the program, all students and faculty meet for several days during the annual Leadership Conference.
